Sunday we went to the Nature Conservancy Great Salt Lake Boardwalk. Super! They have done a great job. I would guess the boardwalk is about a mile loop (maybe less) with a 30 foot tower overlooking the marshes. There weren't many birds to see - but we did spot two Harrier Hawks, and we think we found their nest - up high. This is the boardwalk I believe I was trying to find when we went on the Old Emigration trail. Directions West on Gentile to 3200 West. South to the end of the paved road.

Tried the short trail in Centerville's Ford canyon Friday. It's OK. Would be good for families except for the poison family growing in and around some parts of the trail. Here's a "happy" TG and Rick.
