We spent the day on Monday seeing the sights of Seattle, including the Pike's market. Right is a picture of Kati walking down one of the many alley ways there.

Kati's favorite part of the trip was the Experience Music Project. They had lots of stuff for being so small.

Weekend in Seattle

We took a quick trip to Seattle, primarily to attend the Microvision share holders meeting - which was very interesting. We decided to turn this into a mini-vacation. On one of our stops - Liberty, Washington, the oldest mine in Washington. Forty years ago my family stayed a couple of weeks in the mountains outside of Liberty - my Dad had business there. Brought back a few memories.

My favorite stop: Snoqualmie Falls - just outside the Seattle Metro area. It is very beautiful. Note the cages outside the power plant - reminded us of a scene from one of the Jurassic Park movies!
