Weekend in Seattle

We took a quick trip to Seattle, primarily to attend the Microvision share holders meeting - which was very interesting. We decided to turn this into a mini-vacation. On one of our stops - Liberty, Washington, the oldest mine in Washington. Forty years ago my family stayed a couple of weeks in the mountains outside of Liberty - my Dad had business there. Brought back a few memories.

My favorite stop: Snoqualmie Falls - just outside the Seattle Metro area. It is very beautiful. Note the cages outside the power plant - reminded us of a scene from one of the Jurassic Park movies!
